Malheureusement, penser de cette mani\u00e8re est une mauvaise tradition \u00e0 Sandweiler. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, chaque majorit\u00e9 du conseil communal a agi selon la devise suivante : \u00ab&nbsp;Nous sommes \u00e9lus, alors nous pouvons faire ce que nous voulons&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb N\u2019est-ce pas un raisonnement irr\u00e9fl\u00e9chi&nbsp;? En tant que politiciens communaux, nous devrions \u00eatre l\u00e0 pour les citoyens et agir dans le sens de leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que DP, nous plaidons pour une autre approche et une action d\u00e9mocratique consciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malheureusement, nous n\u2019avons pu que constater, au fil des ann\u00e9es, un durcissement de l\u2019attitude de la majorit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019opposition respective au sein du conseil communal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le DP regrette l\u2019absence de collaboration dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des citoyens de Sandweiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claude Mousel<br>Pr\u00e9sident du DP Sandweiler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9sempar\u00e9 \u00e0 Sandweiler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal noir-vert de notre commune n\u2019a pas appris grand-chose. Depuis que la majorit\u00e9 du conseil a perdu le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum sur la nouvelle construction totalement surdimensionn\u00e9e de l\u2019h\u00f4tel de ville, le souffl\u00e9 semble retomber. Il est pourtant clair que Sandweiler ne peut pas se permettre d\u2019avoir une direction communale d\u00e9sempar\u00e9e ou m\u00eame d\u00e9sorient\u00e9e&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9checs et les frustrations sont litt\u00e9ralement masqu\u00e9s. Comme il n\u2019y aura pas de b\u00e2timent magnifique pour la maire, on jette maintenant de la poudre aux yeux des gens. Les \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sont les mots du moment. D\u2019autres communes proc\u00e8dent \u00e0 l\u2019assainissement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de leurs b\u00e2timents, mais \u00e0 Sandweiler, on fait appel aux peintres. La mairie, peu appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e, va \u00eatre repeinte, alors qu\u2019elle aurait bien besoin d\u2019\u00eatre isol\u00e9e. Il est surprenant que tous les collaborateurs de l\u2019administration communale puissent d\u00e9sormais travailler dans le b\u00e2timent \u2013 avant le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum, on lisait encore le contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, les responsables communaux n\u2019ont pas encore publi\u00e9 de chiffres d\u00e9finitifs sur les co\u00fbts (planification, instruments utilis\u00e9s dans la \u00ab strat\u00e9gie de vente \u00bb, etc.) de ce projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal a \u00e9videmment \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement malchanceux : c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 se trouve une ruine caus\u00e9e par un incendie et o\u00f9, apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es d\u2019immobilisme, de nouveaux logements devaient \u00eatre construits que vivent maintenant des l\u00e9zards \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger. D\u2019abord d\u00e9placer \u2013 ensuite construire !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, on installe un feu pour pi\u00e9tons (devis de 115 000 euros) qui est \u00e0 peine visible ou plus exactement que les automobilistes risquent de ne pas voir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au carrefour \u00ab Schaedhaff&nbsp;\u00bb, un feu doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre install\u00e9 afin de d\u00e9samorcer le danger, mais une fois de plus, on n\u2019a pas consult\u00e9 l\u2019Administration des ponts et chauss\u00e9es&#8230; Seulement l\u2019intervention du ministre des Transports, qui a uniquement agi sur demande des deux conseillers DP, a fait passer ce feu au \u00ab&nbsp;vert&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si cela ne fonctionne pas, essayons autre chose, se dit-on manifestement au coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal. Une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9silier des contrats de bail datant de plusieurs d\u00e9cennies dans une zone industrielle. Une initiative remarquable, puisque la commune n\u2019a rien investi depuis des lustres dans la zone industrielle \u00ab&nbsp;Rolach&nbsp;\u00bb, qui s\u2019\u00e9tend tout de m\u00eame sur 21 hectares. Les cons\u00e9quences sont clairement visibles : pas de croissance ou m\u00eame des entreprises internationales qui s\u2019y sont install\u00e9es \u2013 aucune comparaison avec la zone industrielle moderne de Contern, quasiment de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la rue !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situation autour du plan d\u2019am\u00e9nagement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (PAG) t\u00e9moigne \u00e9galement d\u2019un manque de proximit\u00e9 avec les citoyens. Malgr\u00e9 une consultation des citoyens, la planification s\u2019est poursuivie avec z\u00e8le, comme l\u2019avait envisag\u00e9 le coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal. Ici aussi, les cons\u00e9quences sont \u00e9videntes : apr\u00e8s l\u2019adoption de la premi\u00e8re version du PAG par le conseil communal, 164 (!) objections ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es contre le plan. Ce qui n\u2019\u00e9meut pas du tout la majorit\u00e9 noire-verte, car les auteurs des plaintes, ou devrions nous dire les citoyens, ne sont tout simplement pas pris au s\u00e9rieux avec leurs requ\u00eates ; souvent, le coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal les traite m\u00eame de haut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne le PAG, les Verts et les Noirs ratent une fois de plus une tendance, tout comme ils ignorent la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l\u2019h\u00f4tel de ville, ils font la sourde oreille \u00e0 l\u2019exigence urbanistique de densification du centre de Sandweiler. Au contraire : en raison du nouveau PAG, il n\u2019est m\u00eame plus possible de construire des maisons jumel\u00e9es dans certains quartiers \u2013 on aime avoir de la place. Le ministre vert du Logement ne va pas se r\u00e9jouir de la politique de construction de ses amis du parti vert \u00e0 Sandweiler. En passant, il convient de mentionner qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de construction de logements sociaux dans notre commune et encore moins d\u2019immeubles locatifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pourrions encore citer d\u2019autres exemples de la d\u00e9sorientation du coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal, mais restons-en l\u00e0. Le DP Sandweiler continuera \u00e0 l\u2019avenir \u00e0 suivre d\u2019un \u0153il critique le \u00ab&nbsp;travail&nbsp;\u00bb du coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal et \u00e0 attirer l\u2019attention sur les manquements noirs-verts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sandweiler m\u00e9rite en tout cas une meilleure direction communale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"EN\">English Version<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>What is democracy? Getting elected and then doing whatever you want for the next five or six years? Unfortunately, such thinking is a bad tradition in Sandweiler. In recent years, every council majority has acted according to the following motto: \u201cWe are elected, so we can do what we want!\u201d Isn\u2019t that a bit short-sighted? We as local politicians should be there for the citizens and act in their interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As DP, we advocate a different way of dealing with each other and conscious democratic action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, over the years, we have only seen a hardened attitude of the majority towards the respective opposition in the municipal council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DP misses cooperation in the interest of the citizens of Sandweiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claude Mousel<br>President of the DP Sandweiler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clueless in Sandweiler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The black-green council of aldermen in our municipality has not learned much. Since the council majority lost the referendum on the completely oversized new building of the town hall, they seem to have run out of steam. One thing is crystal clear: Sandweiler cannot afford a clueless or even headless municipal leadership&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Failures and frustration are literally glossed over. As there will be no magnificent building for the mayor, purely cosmetic measures are now being taken. Energy saving and efficiency are the dictates of the hour. Other municipalities are renovating their buildings to make them more energy-efficient, but in Sandweiler they are calling the painters instead. The unpopular town hall is now getting a new coat of paint \u2013 even though it could do with some insulation. Surprisingly, all employees of the municipal administration can now work in the building \u2013 before the referendum one read something different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the way, no final figures on the costs (planning, instruments used in the \u201csales strategy\u201d, etc.) of this project have yet been published by the municipal officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, the council of aldermen is particularly unlucky: of all places, where after years of standstill new flats were to be built on the site of ruins caused by a fire, lizards worthy of protection are now living there. First relocate \u2013 then build!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then a pedestrian traffic light is built (estimated cost 115,000 euros), which can hardly be seen or rather easily overlooked by drivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the \u201cSchaedhaff\u201d intersection, traffic lights were also to be installed to defuse the danger point, but once again the road construction authorities were not involved&#8230; Only when the Minister of Transport intervened, after being contacted by the two DP councillors, these traffic lights turned \u201cgreen\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If that does not work, let\u2019s try something else, they obviously think to themselves in the council of aldermen. A first step is the termination of decades-old leases on an industrial estate. This is a remarkable undertaking since the municipality has not invested in the 21-hectare \u201cRolach\u201d industrial estate for ages. The consequences are clear: no growth or even international companies that have located there \u2013 no comparison with the modern industrial estate of Contern virtually on the other side of the road!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The situation around the general development plan (PAG) also demonstrates a lack of closeness to the citizens. Despite a citizens\u2019 hearing, planning continued eagerly the way the council of aldermen had thought it up. Here, too, the consequences are obvious: after the adoption of the first version of the PAG in the municipal council, 164 (!) objections against the planning were submitted. Which does not bother the black-green majority at all, because complainants, or should we rather say citizens, are simply not taken seriously with their concerns; the council of aldermen are even often condescending to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the PAG, the black-green politicians are once again missing a trend; just as the task of energy-efficient renovation of the town hall has been ignored, the urban planning requirement of the densification of Sandweiler has also fallen on deaf ears. On the contrary: because of the new PAG, not even two-family houses can be built in some neighbourhoods \u2013 the council of aldermen likes a lot of space. The green housing minister will not be pleased with the building policy of his green party friends in Sandweiler. By the way, there is no social housing in our municipality and certainly no rental housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We could list more examples of the headlessness of the council of aldermen, but let us leave it at this point. The DP Sandweiler will continue to critically observe the \u201cwork\u201d of the council of aldermen and point out black-green omissions again and again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In any case, Sandweiler deserves a better municipal leadership.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Was ist Demokratie?
