Les Noirs et les Verts ont compos\u00e9 un bouquet d\u2019id\u00e9es qui n\u2019\u00e9taient ni fond\u00e9es ni r\u00e9fl\u00e9chies, mais qui se lisaient tout de m\u00eame bien. Toutefois, le r\u00e9sultat des \u00ab&nbsp;bonnes intentions&nbsp;\u00bb y correspondait&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il en est ressorti des erreurs de planification, comme une \u00e9cole sur deux sites, qui oblige les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et les parents \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer inutilement \u00e0 travers Sandweiler, m\u00eame par mauvais temps, et qui a entrain\u00e9 une augmentation du trafic. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoute une salle de gymnastique qui ne m\u00e9rite pas son nom, faute de taille suffisante. Bravo pour la bonne planification. Une fois de plus, le coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal noir-vert avait mis\u00e9 sur sa technique standard \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9prouv\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Nous ignorons tous les conseils, car nous avons toujours raison.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cr\u00e8che communale aurait bien besoin d\u2019un agrandissement, mais lorsqu\u2019une occasion favorable s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e il y a des ann\u00e9es d\u2019acheter un terrain voisin de la cr\u00e8che, il s\u2019est pass\u00e9 une fois de plus au coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal ce qui est habituel : rien. Aujourd\u2019hui, le manque d\u2019espace se fait cruellement sentir, et les Verts et Noirs se demandent ce qu\u2019ils peuvent faire. Il ne reste qu\u2019une chose \u00e0 faire : acheter le terrain au nouveau propri\u00e9taire \u00e0 un prix nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pas de gloire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2021, les Verts et les Noirs ont exag\u00e9r\u00e9 en concevant et en planifiant un nouvel h\u00f4tel de ville comme un monument noir-vert. Au conseil municipal, ils ont pu mettre l\u2019opposition du DP et du LSAP en minorit\u00e9 comme d\u2019habitude. Mais le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum lanc\u00e9 par les groupes d\u2019opposition a montr\u00e9 ses limites au coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal noir-vert, et cela, durement et clairement, car les citoyens de Sandweiler ne voulaient pas d\u2019un h\u00f4tel de ville monstrueux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les co\u00fbts non n\u00e9gligeables de cette planification inutile s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent tout de m\u00eame \u00e0 325.000 euros&nbsp;; les partis noir et vert l\u2019auraient bien aim\u00e9 passer sous silence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019inaction comme maxime<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De toute fa\u00e7on, on se pose beaucoup de questions sur les actions du coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal. Des frais d\u2019avocat \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour 164 recours contre le plan d\u2019am\u00e9nagement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (PAG) ne surprennent pas, mais pourquoi 35.000 euros figurent-ils au budget pour un drone d\u2019arpentage ? On ne trouve gu\u00e8re de drones de ce type dans les grandes villes (Zurich, par exemple). Sandweiler est une petite commune, mais avons-nous besoin d\u2019un tel \u00e9quipement technique ? Avec quelle intention ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019exception des exemples cit\u00e9s, on ne peut toutefois pas reprocher au coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal de gaspiller l\u2019argent. Non, le coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal noir-vert pr\u00e9f\u00e8re laisser l\u2019argent \u00e0 la banque et se r\u00e9jouir de la hausse des taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat (en oubliant l\u2019inflation). Il a le droit de le faire, mais une commune n\u2019est pas une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9pargne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par d\u00e9finition, l\u2019argent dont disposent les communes doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 au profit des citoyens \u2013 si possible judicieusement. Malheureusement, le coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal n\u2019a fait aucun effort pour mettre en \u0153uvre ce principe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s que le ch\u00e2teau en Espagne qu\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019h\u00f4tel de ville se soit transform\u00e9 en air chaud, la r\u00e9signation s\u2019est install\u00e9e au sein du coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal, peut-\u00eatre aussi seulement un manque d\u2019imagination ou une lassitude politique. M\u00eame en ce qui concerne les projets qui vont de soi et qui sont dans l\u2019air du temps, comme l\u2019assainissement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents communaux, rien ne bouge. Ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e, les m\u00eames projets sont inscrits au budget, mais sont aussi \u00e9loign\u00e9s de la r\u00e9alisation qu\u2019il y a des ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le DP Sandweiler n\u2019est pas le seul \u00e0 \u00eatre convaincu qu\u2019il ne se passe pas grand-chose \u00e0 la mairie, de nombreux citoyens le sont \u00e9galement. En t\u00e9moigne l\u2019enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par un quotidien non proche du DP, dans laquelle il appara\u00eet clairement que le coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal a plusieurs \u00ab&nbsp;points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer&nbsp;\u00bb : les habitants de Sandweiler sont toujours pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum sur l\u2019h\u00f4tel de ville et se r\u00e9jouissent que le projet ait \u00e9chou\u00e9, ils d\u00e9plorent la mauvaise communication du coll\u00e8ge \u00e9chevinal et regrettent l\u2019absence de places de parking. Ce dernier point est une preuve suppl\u00e9mentaire de la pr\u00e9valence implacable de l\u2019id\u00e9ologie verte sur toute forme de civisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>N\u2019oubliez pas que le DP repr\u00e9sente une alternative \u00e0 l\u2019immobilisme le 11 juin.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"EN\">English Version<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A lousy record<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jumped as a tiger and landed as a bedside rug&#8230; To hardly anyone applies this more than to the black-green Council of Aldermen of our municipality of Sandweiler and their all too high ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the beginning of this legislative period, there was a council agreement that promised a lot. Black and Green put together a colourful bouquet of ideas that were neither well-founded nor well-thought-out, but at least were nice to read. However, the result of the \u201cgood intentions\u201d turned out accordingly&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The outcome was planning errors such as a school on two sites, which forced pupils and parents to walk unnecessarily through Sandweiler, even in bad weather, and led to an increase in traffic. In addition, a sports hall that does not deserve the name due to its lack of sufficient size. Three cheers for good planning. Once again, the black-green Council of Aldermen had relied on its \u201ctried and tested\u201d standard technique: \u201cWe ignore all advice because we are always right.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The municipal childcare facility (cr\u00e8che) should be extended, but when there was an opportunity years ago to buy a plot of land next to the childcare facility, once again the usual thing happened in the Council of Aldermen: nothing. Now the lack of space is suddenly pressing, and Black-Green is wondering what to do. There is probably one thing left to do: to buy the premises from the new owner at a considerably higher price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>No glory<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2021, however, Black-Green overdid it with the design and planning of a new town hall as a black-green monument. In the municipal council, they voted down the DP and LSAP opposition in their usual manner. But the referendum initiated by the opposition then showed the black-green Council of Aldermen its limits. Fiercely and clearly, because the citizens of Sandweiler did not want a monstrous town hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The not inconsiderable costs of the useless planning, 325,000 euros after all, would have been gladly kept secret by the black and green parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Doing nothing as a maxim<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a lot of questions about the Council of Aldermen\u2019s actions anyway. High legal fees for 164 objections against the general development plan (plan d\u2019am\u00e9nagement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, PAG) are not surprising, but why are 35,000 euros for a surveying drone in the budget? Drones of this kind hardly exist in big cities (e.g. Zurich). Sandweiler is a small municipality, but do we need such technical equipment? With what intention?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Except for the examples mentioned, however, the Council of Aldermen cannot be accused of wasting money. No, the black-green Council of Aldermen prefers to keep the money in the bank and is happy about the rising interest rates (and forgets about inflation). It is welcome to do that, but a municipality is not a savings club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The money at the disposal of the municipalities should, by definition, be used for the benefit of the citizens \u2013 in a reasonable way, if possible. Unfortunately, the Council of Aldermen has shown no sign of making any effort to implement this guideline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the pipe dream of a town hall was not turned into reality, resignation spread in the Council of Aldermen, perhaps it was just a lack of imagination or political fatigue. Even in the case of zeitgeisty popular topics, such as the energy-efficient renovation of municipal buildings, Black-Green is doing nothing. Year after year, the same projects are in the budget, but they are still as far away from being completed as they were years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only DP Sandweiler is convinced that little is done in the town hall, but also many citizens. A survey in a daily newspaper not close to the DP also indicates this, it clearly shows that the Council of Aldermen has \u201croom for improvement\u201d: the people of Sandweiler are still preoccupied with the town hall referendum and are glad that the project failed, they criticise the lousy communication of the Council of Aldermen and regret the lack of parking spaces.
