Jean Bissen

Jean Bissen, 67, from Capellen, has been involved in politics for a long time and has already held a seat on the municipal council twice in his life. The retired computer scientist, a passionate singer and cook, is now a member of the municipal building and planning commission and is active in numerous associations. Jean Bissen is now entering his sixth election campaign.
