Despite major efforts, Luxembourg has slipped from 21st place in 2019 to 29th place in the 2024 World Digital Competitiveness Ranking. Our Member of Parliament, Dr. Gérard Schockmel, asked the Minister of the Economy about the reasons behind this decline.
