Why are prisoners of the Uerschterhaff not allowed to work?
In contrast to the sentenced prisoners in Schrassig, prisoners of the Uerschterhaff are not allowed to work. This is despite the fact that pre-trial detention can last anywhere from a few days to a few years. Why is there a difference in treatment, and will anything change in this regard?
