Crushing of materials in the green zone

DP MPs Luc Emering and André Bauler put a number of questions to the Minister for the Environment concerning the crushing of materials in the green zone. In particular, they wanted to know whether a nature protection authorisation was required for this and why every authorisation issued for buildings in the green zone did not mention that recycled materials should be used.

Question

„Eng ganz Rei Entreprisë sinn Demandeur fir am Kader vu landwirtschaftleche Bauten an der Gréngzone Material ze concasséieren fir dëst um Site anzebauen.

An deem Kader wollte mir dem Här Minister fir Ëmwelt, Klima a Biodiversitéit follgend Froe stellen:

  • Kann den Här Minister eis am Detail matdeelen, wat am Kader vun Naturschutzautorisatiounen, wéi och fir d‘Prozedure betreffend Kommodo-Reglementatioune fir mobile Concasseuren, verlaangt gëtt?
  • Ass eng Naturschutzautorisatioun noutwendeg?
  • Wa jo, wat sinn déi genau Krittären, déi den Demandeur muss erfëllen, a wéi eng juristesch Basis hunn dës?

Am Reglement vum 17. Februar 2006, betreffend „la mise en décharge des déchets » p. 712 (déchets inertes type 2), ass ausdrécklech vermierkt, datt recycléiert Material, fir beispillsweis Haffflächen ze bauen, am Sënn vun der Économie circulaire bevirdeelegt genotzt soll ginn.

  • Firwat gëtt net par définition an all Autorisatioun fir Bauten an der Gréngzone vermierkt, datt mat recycléiertem Material soll geschafft ginn, konform zum uewe genannte  Reglement, an deem d’Leit opgefuerdert ginn „concassé naturel de carrière“ ze verbauen?“
