Frank Colabianchi entered the Chamber of Deputies in 2018. The former professor is among other things, a member of the Petitions Committee, the Housing Committee and the Mobility and Public Works Committee. In 2020, he presented the public hospital funding report to the Committee on Budgetary Implementation Control. Frank Colabianchi has been the mayor of Bertrange since 2009.
