Claude Meisch has been a member of Government since 2013 and been in charge as a Minister of Education, Children and Youth and Minister of Higher Education and Research. Since 2023 the former president of the DP and mayor of Differdange is Minister of Education, Children and Youth as well as Minister for Housing and Land Use Planning.
