Are there still problems with the mobibus?

DP MPs Max Hahn and Claude Lamberty heard that there are still problems with the Mobibus, after they had already asked the relevant minister a question on the subject in September.

Am September 2022 goufen et eng ganz Partie Problemer beim Mobibus, dem Transport vu Persoune mat enger Behënnerung. De Grond heifir war haaptsächlech d’Aféierung vun enger neier informatescher Plattform fir d’Trajeten z‘organiséieren.

An der Äntwert op déi parlamentaresch Fro n°6895 vum 26.

Sou géifen d’Fuerzäite reegelméisseg changéieren an et géif dacks zu Verspéidunge kommen, respektiv de Bus kéim ze fréi, soudass d’Leit e verpassen.

An deem Kader wollte mir dem Här Minister fir Mobilitéit an ëffentlech Aarbechten folgend Froe stellen:

  • Kann den Här Minister dës Informatioune confirméieren?
  • Wat sinn d’Grënn dofir, dass et weiderhi Problemer beim Mobibus gëtt?
  • Wéi vill Reklamatioune kruten d’Servicer vum Här Minister an deem Zesummenhang vu Januar bis Mäerz 2023?
  • Wéi wëll den Mobilitéitsminister an Zukunft en beschtméiglechen Service fir Persoune mat enger Behënnerung garantéieren?
  • Ass an deem Kader virgesinn, weider Personal anzestellen?

How long are the waiting times at the “Travel Clinic”?

If you are travelling to tropical regions, you can get advice and be vaccinated against various diseases at the CHL’s “Travel Clinic”. However, the waiting times at this clinic are currently said to be quite long.
DP MPs Dr Gérard Schockmel and Gilles Baum have asked the Minister of Health how many patients have been seen at the “Travel Clinic” over the last ten years, how waiting times have developed over this period and whether it would not make sense to make it possible to book appointments online, as is the case with many other CHL services.
