Carole Hartmann was elected to the Luxembourgish Parliament for the first time in 2018. In Parliament, the lawyer focuses on the topics of flexibilisation of work, the promotion of home office working arrangements, and the simplification of legal procedures. Health care in rural areas is also one of her main concerns. The former national table tennis player was president of the DP’s East district until 2022 and is currently a councilor in Echternach. Carole Hartmann was elected the new DP Secretary-General at the Congress on 12 June 2022.
