Dangerous behaviour in traffic at Fridhaff

Regularly, there are dangerous maneuvers at Fridhaff when drivers use the drive-up to bypass the traffic jam on the N7. The DP MP André Bauler therefore asked whether the police should not carry out more checks in this context.

Mir ass vu besuergte Bierger gesot ginn, datt et de Moment reegelméisseg duerch de Chantier vun der neier Aktivitéitszon ZANO um Fridhaff (B7) zu geféierleche Manoeuvre am Trafic kënnt – ganz besonnesch, wann de Feierowendverkéier ufänkt.

Sou géifen eng Rei Chauffeuren d’Opfaart- resp. Offaartspueren als Iwwerhuelspuer benotzen, mam Resultat, datt et zu kriteschen Incidente ka kommen.

An deem Kader wollt ech dem Här Minister fir bannenzeg Sécherheet folgend Froe stellen:

Vill Automobilisten fuere léiwer vun der B7 eroof, fir eng 400 Meter méi wäit nees eropzefueren an esou eng Partie vum Stau z’evitéieren. Dës Manövere sinn erlaabt.

Ad 2): Et ass der Police kee rezenten Accident op dësem Tronçon bekannt, deen an Zesummenhang mam Chantier géif stoen. Trotzdem mécht d’Police sporadesch statesch a mobil Kontrollen souwäit dat méiglech ass. D’Situatioun gëtt och suivéiert mee d’Konfiguratioun vum Site an d’Bauaarbechte maache repressiv a preventiv Policekontrolle relativ schwéier a souguer geféierlech.

DP MP Dr Gérard Schockmel has asked the Minister of Health why these results are not communicated and whether this is compatible with data protection regulations.

How long are the waiting times at the “Travel Clinic”?

If you are travelling to tropical regions, you can get advice and be vaccinated against various diseases at the CHL’s “Travel Clinic”. However, the waiting times at this clinic are currently said to be quite long.
DP MPs Dr Gérard Schockmel and Gilles Baum have asked the Minister of Health how many patients have been seen at the “Travel Clinic” over the last ten years, how waiting times have developed over this period and whether it would not make sense to make it possible to book appointments online, as is the case with many other CHL services.
